Yeah, I noticed DC Universe Online isn't on there.
It is why he won't identify which Move game is better...they are Wii-type games.
Same artwork as my VIP PC beta invite...open to anyone who hits me up.
Never played an MMO before, and it doesn't seem much different from any other game I've played. I'm only level 4, but there isn't much interaction between players, except shooting the same enemies. I'm still having fun with my character, but I can get the same from a regular action rpg and not pay $15/month.
Isn't the game supposed to be voice enabled? Maybe these are limitations of the PS3, and the PC version is better.
Why not? It is all about money for Kotick. Corporate entitlement is the problem. They think they have the right to more money and no one - consumer, employee, citizen - should say otherwise. That' the bitter fruit of capitalism - greed.
All I read from the email was something about two guys getting ready for a BBQ.
They should charge $24.99 for every three months for Plus members - essentially half off. That would drive Plus membership.
Expecting some mortality after initial launch, it would help increase Plus membership, which helps drives sales to the Playstation Store with attractive deals and free full-game trials.
Gears doesn't have much of a story. Great gameplay, but the story and characters are too cliche. To suggest a trilogy would tell me it has good plotting and characerization - it doesn't. Gear 2 story was pitiful. Where it shines is purely graphics and gameplay.
I love Gears by the way, and it is one of my five favorite IPs this generation.
The 360 was supposed to have the Marvel MMO, but I guess XBox LIVE just doesn't play well with others. It'd figures the company that brought us the first MMO would be able to pull this off.
It is going to take nine hours for the download. There goes playing it this afternoon.
When I read this article I was thinking the song "I'm turning Japanese" because it seems the Japanese are the ones who are clearly siding with the better system this gen. Of course that probably has to do with nationalism. Europe is not far behind. America, eh...let them have the XBox, also the nationalism again.
It is like these articles assume Kinect is the future of gaming. It has a bright future, but those who are using it for mods will get the best use ...
Maybe but the EU is definitely a bigger market for smart phones. This was obvious.
There is always Krylon, homey!
O_o
It was just a joke on Twitter. I doubt he really cares. The 360 should have Ryu Hayabusa anyway.
Morganfell is right and so is Murderdolls.
Had nothing to do with Uncharted. If it did, they would have aired it. It is probably to counter another game.
Gears is not only awesome, it is the last real, unadulterated AAA exclusive the 360 has at the moment - it has the same geniuses who created franchise and it isn't on the PS3. It is their trump card for 2011, while Sony has higher ranking cards than Uncharted 3...?
Insomniac needs to end the Resistance storyline and give the 360 and PS3 some of that muliplat lovin'. A menage a media. They should still do Ratchet and Clank, tho.
Boo this list.
Splinter Cell IS a great game, and beautiful to boot. I can think of other games that were bigger disappointments.
Alpha Protocol and APB are two.
lol whatever chokes your chicken...!
No More Heroes, Sorcery, Killzone 3, Uncharted 3 and inFamous popped up on my radar. There needs to be one solid RPG and there's a Sony exclusive for everybody.
Maybe the first two are RPGs?
